Hexagonal boron nitride is a kind of synthetic material, which has a very similar hexagonal molecular structure with graphite. It is composed of boron nitrogen atoms from Boric Acid and Melamine which synthesis at very high temperatures. Since the high temperature, the finished powder has very high purity, its a non toxic, safe material. Its unique properties of insulation, haet conduction, lubrication and high temperature resistance make it an almost perfect multi application choice. 

Using this excellent performance of BN powder, we have developed a series of hexagonal boron nitride coatings, which are widely used in aluminum alloy bar casting, aluminum extrusion, battery lead plate casting, titanium alloy high temperature forging, glass hot bending and other industrial fields. Our coating is not a simple mixture of powder and water, it has experienced fine processing,  using a unique and mature formula, the coating is very delicate, not easy to settle. 

JDC NANO-BNC80 is a grade widely used in aluminium industry. It is more delicate and lubricated with good adhesion and erosion resistance. It plays a lubricating role in aluminium bar casting machine because it is neutral, it does not corrode metal mould. We can provide blue or white pste coatings according to your needs. Blue coating is added with inorganic pigments. There is no difference in performance between blue or white paint. It just plays as indicate colour. The coating quality can be better distinguished from the white substrate.
